Argentina and Brazil woke up to a Twitter surprise from President Trump.

He wants to reverse a tariff suspension on the two countries. Trump is accusing them of using currency manipulation to hurt U.S. farmers.

Both nations were among other U.S. allies Trump exempted from steel and aluminum tariffs in March 2018.
