Victoria Falls, the largest waterfall in the world, is at risk of drying up.

Zambian President Edgar Lungu, says action needs to be taken on the climate crisis to save this waterfall, according to the UK Independent.

Drought has reduced water levels at Victoria Falls to their lowest in 25 years.

The falls are on the border of Zimbabwe and Zambia, in Africa.

According to Zimbabwe’s Ministry of Environment, Climate and Tourism, the average water flow this year is down almost 50%, the Independent reports.

Lungu Tweeted what the falls look like.

This comes as countries around the world gather in Spain for COP25, a global summit where leaders discuss action on climate change.

The BBC reports, individual countries have goals to meet related to climate change.

For example, the U.K. is committed to cutting their greenhouse gas emissions.

Lungu continues his Twitter thread by saying, “ We have no time to play politics with climate change. We must come together and provide solutions around mitigation and adaptation.”

Zimbabwe’s tourism authority is worried the publicity will hurt tourism. It denied the falls were at risk of disappearing.
