WADA bans Russia from all international sports event for four years

The World Anti-Doping Agency has voted unanimously to ban Russia from international competitions for four-years.
It said its decision showed a "determination to act resolutely in the face of the Russian doping crisis." Russia says it intends to appeal the ban.
