Rising sea levels threaten Brazilian coastal city of Santos

Rising sea levels are considered one of the biggest dangers of climate change. 

It's already being felt in the low-lying city of Santos in Brazil. 

Researchers say water levels there are nearly four centimeters higher than they were in 1990. 

And warn they could rise another 20 centimeters by 2050.
