US, Canada and Mexico sign new trade deal to replace NAFTA

After more than a year of negotiations, officials with the United States, Canada and Mexico signed a new trade agreement. 

Called the USMCA, it replaces the NAFTA trade deal with a pact that provides more protections for workers.
