Argentina's President Alberto Fernández saw his second day as president on Wednesday, pledging more aid to the poor.
On Thursday Evo Morales, ousted former president of Bolivia, also arrived in Argentina with refugee status.
New Foreign Minister Felipe Solá said Morales will be asked not to make any political statements.
