While the House Judiciary committee fought over impeachment rules, President Donald Trump sent a letter denouncing the "crusade” against him.

According to an AP count, the House has the votes to impeach President Donald Trump, with majority now in favor.

In the six page letter to House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, Trump calls the impeachment vote a “perversion.”

He says, “I have no doubt the American people will hold you and the Democrats fully responsible in the upcoming 2020 election. They will not soon forgive your perversion of justice and abuse of power.”

The U.S. House of Representatives will be voting whether or not to impeach President Trump Wednesday. It is expected the House will vote in favor of impeachment.

The rules committee is deciding the parameters for Wednesday's debate. Democrats and Republicans sparred over those guidelines.

During this meeting, representatives make closing arguments for or against impeachment.

Pelosi will also name impeachment managers, which are House Democrats who will prosecute the case at the Senate trial.

Pelosi and House leadership haven’t announced what to expect from tomorrow or how long the debate will be.
However, Democrats have learned they will be receiving more support for impeachment than they previously thought.

According to the AP, no Republicans are expected to vote in favor of impeachment.
