US toymakers and retailers celebrate deal to avert tariff hikes

U.S. stores are packed with holiday shoppers this week, and now, the American toy industry has an extra reason to celebrate -- a new trade agreement will head-off tariff hikes set to take effect this month. But even though that threat has been avoided, it's still having an impact. CGTN's Dan Williams reports.
