On the night before Christmas and as many in the U.S. were waiting for Santa Claus to drop off his gifts, the U.S. government was on the lookout for a promised “Christmas gift”from Kim Jong-Un, Supreme Leader of the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea (DPRK).
Reuters reported that while the North American Aerospace Defense Command was doing its annual tracking for Santa Claus, it was waiting to see if anything would come from Pyongyang.
U.S. President Donald Trump downplayed the possible surprise from Pyongyang, telling reporters that the issue would be dealt with "successfully.”
