How traditional Tibetan weaving creates hope for poverty alleviation

When it comes to poverty alleviation in China, industry development is a common mechanism. In some of the ethnic minority regions though, the development of industries is sometimes combined with preserving the ethnic cultures. 

Ze Tier is a traditional, handmade woolen fabric in Tsethang, Tibet Autonomous Region, which has a history of a thousand years. In recent years, it was brought back to life, and created jobs and hope for people in need.
