Ukraine's government and pro-Russia separatists have concluded a prisoner swap. 

The long-awaited exchange saw all remaining detainees on each side returned. The Ukrainian and Russian Presidents agreed on the swap this month. Ties between the two neighbors deteriorated, as Russia annexed Ukraine's Crimean Peninsula five-years ago.
