Turkey is preparing to intervene in Libya's civil war. The Turkish parliament approved the deployment of troops to support Libya’s UN backed government. Most in the area call it a threat to regional security. Turkey's Vice President says there will be no need to send troops, if rival forces withdraw. CGTN's Michal Bardavid reports from Istanbul.
