During his interview on The Heat, Gilson Schwartz, professor of Economics at the University of Sao Paulo, said there are still unresolved trade issues after signing the China-U.S. phase one deal. 

"Trump initiated a fake trade war, Schwartz said. Signing a phase one deal, he said, "doesn't mean that key issues are being faced in the U.S."
