Thousands of people has joined the fourth annual Women's March in downtown Washington on Saturday.

Marches were held in a variety of cities, large and small, including Chicago, New York, Milwaukee, Los Angeles and Austin, Texas, among others.

This year's march focuses on reproductive health, rights and justice, climate justice, and immigration. 

The annual Women's March started in 2017, one day after U.S. President Donald Trump was sworn in to office. Over the past three years, Washington DC has been the major site for this event.
