It is a court case that is being watched closely in Beijing, Ottawa and Washington. Monday marks the opening of the extradition hearing for Huawei CFO Meng Wanzhou. 

It's been more than a year since Meng was arrested in Canada at the United States' request. Meng is accused of bank fraud in violation of American sanctions on Iran.
