The Trump Administration wants to tighten rules for people in the U.S. receiving food aid. The Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program, or SNAP, helps feed one-in-eight Americans. The White House wants to put in a work requirement for anyone getting help. CGTN's Sarah Walton reports.
