As U.S. President Trump's impeachment trial continues in the Senate, protesters gather outside of congress in support of his impeachment.

It's up to the senators to decide whether President Trump will be impeached and removed but with a Republican majority, that's seen as unlikely.

Democrats hope they can get enough votes to get new witnesses called to the trial and gather more evidence against President Trump.

They hope to persuade voters not to give him a second term.
