At opening time for Rhodora a wine bar in Brooklyn, New York, the biggest challenge isn't making sure there is enough food. It's making sure nothing ends up in a landfill. Rhodora is one of the first zero waste wine bars in the United States and it's opening comes at a time when there is greater concern about climate change and waste. CGTN's Karina Huber reports on what some in the restaurant industry are doing to solve the problem.
