Brazil, British evacuated from Wuhan, China as outbreak continues

Thirty-four Brazilians who were evacuated from the Chinese city of Wuhan, epicenter of the coronavirus landed in Brazil on Sunday, Reuter's reports. They will spend 18 days in quarantine.

Brazil's defense ministry said all the passengers arrived without any signs or symptoms of the virus. According to the Ministry of Health data released Friday, Brazil has no confirmed cases of the coronavirus.

Meanwhile, Britain's final flight evacuation from Wuhan landed at a Royal Air Force base in Central England with more the 200 people on board, including a number of non-British nationals.

Britain's foreign minister said the chartered civilian aircraft also included staff that facilitated the flights as well as medics. They will be quarantined for 14 days.
