A 13th person has been diagnosed with the novel coronavirus, COVID-19, in the U.S.
China also calls the disease novel coronavirus pneumonia, or NCP.

The patient who is in San Diego County, was evacuated from Wuhan and had been under a 14-day federal quarantine.

According to UC San Diego Health, the patient showed minimal symptoms and had been released. The CDC said the patient had been sent back to quarantine after a possible mix-up with test results.

As California confirms its seventh case, 195 quarantined people were released from March Air Reserve Base outside of Los Angeles.

The quarantined Americans were evacuees from China. Some were diplomats and State Department employees.

All of them tested negative for the new coronavirus before their release Tuesday morning.

Other confirmed coronavirus cases in the U.S. are in Washington state, Arizona, Illinois, Wisconsin and Massachusetts.
