Now, Miami Beach is getting a makeover again. This facelift of sorts comes with a price tag topping $15 million. 

The federal government is picking up the tab, with taxpayer money. 

While beachgoers and businesses may applaud the outcome, some environmentalists say the process comes with hidden costs.
