More than 82,700 people have been sickened by the coronavirus around the world as of Thursday. The virus is turning into a global health crisis.

One U.S. civil rights organization says there's a double standard among some Western media when it comes to reporting on the novel coronavirus. 

Brian Becker, the executive director of the A.N.S.W.E.R. Coalition, said that media reports on the coronavirus are often anti-China.
