Zhang Li Qiong is the head nurse in a intensive care hospital unit in Wuhan. The ICU treats critically ill patients with coronavirus. 

There are 18 patients here and 12 have gotten a tracheotomy. The survival rate for patients is 30 percent . 

With no specific treatment, patients are given broad-spectrum anti-viral medicine and supportive care to help the body's defenses to kick in.
