Venezuela's political leaders and its citizens are concerned over the prospect of a deadly a coronavirus outbreak, especially when the country's health care system is reportedly in "utter collapse." 

 While President Nicolás Maduro blames an "economic war" on the state of his country's health system, the opposition blames government corruption and mismanagement.
