San Francisco grapples with coronavirus on land and sea

San Francisco has confirmed its first cases of the virus. It's not certain where they contracted the disease; there's no known contact with anyone who was infected.
The cases come as officials are trying to figure out if the disease has spread through a cruise ship anchored just off shore. CGTN's Mark Niu has details.
