Florida among states to proceed with Democratic primaries amid coronavirus outbreak

Much of life in the U.S. may be at a standstill. But on Tuesday, Florida went ahead with its democratic party primary which candidate Joe Biden won. Some jurisdictions reported low turnout. But those who did turn up said it was important to make sure their vote counts.
