As the U.S. steps up measures to contain COVID-19, voters in three U-S states are casting ballots in the democratic presidential primary. The state of Ohio made a last-minute decision to postpone its primary over concerns about the virus. Despite similar concerns in Illinois, the vote was allowed to continue -although turnout is expected to be 'extremely low." CGTN's Dan Williams reports.
