A number of small Chinese-owned businesses outside of Washington, D.C. are trying to cope with state and local government orders to shutdown to combat the COVID-19 pandemic.

But as CGTN's Jim Spellman reports, owners are not only concerned about the economic impact of the virus but an uncertain future.
