As an award-winning chef, Peter Chang has 12 popular restaurants in Washington, D.C. area.
Since the coronavirus outbreak in the U.S., local governments have suspended all restaurants' service.
He lost over $60,000 a month including rent, utilities and taxes. "Right now, we're facing a great storm." He said.
Chang was born in Hubei Province and trained in China, and most of his family members live in China.
He told us that he was worried about his mom who is almost eighty-year-old after the outbreak in Wuhan and called her every day.
But now, his family believes that the situation in the United States is worse than in Wuhan. They are all worried about him.
