On the day that the coronavirus lockdown were lifted in Wuhan, there are internet rumors that a city in another part of China may be locked down because of COVID-19. 

The rumor says the alleged outbreak was caused by Africans living in Guangzhou, capital of southern China's Guangdong Province. 

But CGTN sent its own reporter there and He Weiwei discovered everything is normal.
