Low gas supplies in oil-rich Venezuela amid multiple crises

It's not just the U.S., oil prices are slumping around the world. Brent crude - the benchmark price used in many markets - dipped below $20 a barrel for the first time in 18 years.

That is bad news for all oil producers, especially Venezuela, in recession for the sixth straight year.
