As Italy recovers from the COVID-19 pandemic, most brides postponed their weddings.

It's estimated that the postponements caused by the pandemic could cost the industry about 26 billion euros ($28 billion U.S.)

These losses are felt by dress designers, venue owners, caterers, florists, photographers, and many others who rely on the wedding industry for business.
