The novel coronavirus has caused different symptoms in different people – killing some while leaving others without symptoms at all.

The original assumption was that children were largely untouched by the virus but New York and other regions have recently discovered that’s not true.

In New York state, dozens of children have been hospitalized and at least three have died of a condition doctors have labeled "pediatric multisystem inflammatory syndrome" believed to be connected to the novel coronavirus.
