A couple in Sweden has opened a pop-up restaurant that allows for plenty of social distancing during COVID-19.

Chef Rasmus Persson and his partner Linda Karlsson came up with the idea of "Table for One" or "Bord for en" after a visit from Karlsson's parents. Dinner was served to Karlsson's parents through the window, so they wouldn’t have to go inside.  

The owners say they are fully booked for May, with some sittings available for June and July, and they planned to continue throughout the summer.
