United States Democratic Congressman Tim Ryan, gave an impassioned speech demanding Republicans provide more financial assistance to Americans struck by hardships due to COVID-19. The lawmaker from Ohio was arguing for a second round of stimulus. The House of Representatives passed the $3 trillion stimulus package bill Friday, but it has yet to have been voted on in the Senate.
