Street vendors and food carts are New York City's street scene. There are about 20,000 street vendors all across the 5 boroughs that feed thousands of New Yorkers every day. 

But food carts are the victims of the coronavirus pandemic, leaving atleast 90% of street vendors nonoperational. 

CGTN's Sarah Walton spoke with one trader who is now unemployed.
