São Paulo's hospitals nearly at full capacity amid COVID-19

The public health system in Brazil's biggest city is nearing collapse with hospital occupancy reaching levels over 90% because of the COVID-19 pandemic. 

Our correspondent Paulo Cabral in São Paulo spoke to the city's health secretary about the plans to avoid a possible collapse.
