Brazil's biggest city Sao Paulo has a total of 120 ambulances for medical emergencies to service of its population of roughly 12 million people.

These health care professionals have a firsthand view of the hardships that people have faced during the pandemic - with problems extending far beyond the coronavirus itself.

CGTN's Paulo Cabral spent the day with a team from Brazil's mobile emergency care service, called SAMU, in Sao Paulo.
