Amid the pandemic, millions of Americans have been ordered to stay home and countless restaurants have closed.
As a result, eating habits have changed. Cooking at home has surged. By one survey, 54 percent of those surveyed are now cooking more than before the pandemic.
More than half plan on continuing to cook at home more even after the pandemic. There are opportunities for businesses that can successfully tap into that growing market.
