The Trump administration ​is once again taking aim at a monetary lifeline between Cubans and their relatives in the United States. 

It's added seven new Cuban companies to a blacklist, barring Americans from doing business with them. And the list includes the Cuban partner of Western Union, ​relied upon to handle U.S. remittances to the island nation.
