Forest Road Brewery was among those struggling to stay afloat. 

They were one of London's busiest bars. But the pandemic has reduced it to a take-away service for bottled beers. 

Making matters worse, the company had 3,000 kegs of draft beer sitting idle in warehouses. 

Rather than wait for the reopening, managers came up with a novel idea to grow revenue.
