Cuba is ready to resume a sense of normalcy in a post COVID-19 world now that the disease is thought to be under control on the island. The reopening will be gradual and cautious.
Cuban President Miguel Diaz-Canel took to the airwaves recently to announce the country's plan to cautiously reopen the country to business and tourism. He said it would be a progressive process to avoid a second wave of the coronavirus.
