Scientists in Peru have just created a fast and cheap COVID-19 test in a breakthrough in one of the Latin American countries hardest-hit by the virus. The result can be shown in just 40 minutes.
Peru has now registered more than 260-thousand coronavirus cases and nearly 86-hundred deaths.
