Across the United States, supporters of Black Lives Matter say this is not a moment in time, but rather a movement. 

However, frustrations are boiling over in many communities, including Atlanta, Georgia. Long considered one of the best, if not THE best city in the U.S. for African American businesses.

But recently, the city is under a state of emergency following a host of shootings and killings.
