Medical workers from out of state rush to quell COVID-19 cases in Arizona

Among U.S. states seeing a spike in coronavirus cases and deaths is Arizona.  It now has the second highest case rate in the country, Florida being number one. Some Arizona hospitals are being pushed to the limit. And that's prompted medical workers from other states to be summoned for help.
