Voters in the southern state of Georgia went to the polls last month in a primary election. 

It was a fiasco.

This is the 150^th anniversary year of the 15^th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution that guaranteed African Americans the right to vote.

Blacks in Georgia say they've been struggling to exercise that right.

In counties where minorities make up the bulk of voters, tens of thousands of people waited in lines for hours. 

Many are labeling it a concerted effort at voter suppression,which is further fanning flames of racial unrest in the United States.

CGTN's Sean Callebs reports there are fears this was a preview of what could play out in November, during the presidential election.
