Argentina has announced a new phase for easing coronavirus restrictions. 

While the number of COVID-19 infections remains low compared to neighboring Brazil, many in Latin America's third largest economy have lockdown fatigue. 

In this new phase, local shops will be allowed to re-open, children will be allowed more days out during the week, and adults once again permitted to exercise at night - measures that will be reevaluated in two weeks.
