Family members of patients with COVID-19 at a Kabul hospital must assist in medical care.

A shortage of doctors has families with inadequate protective equipment stepping in to help.  

There are not enough nurses and medical staff.  Just graduated doctors have joined staff after seasoned doctors walked out a few months ago.

The experienced physicians were scared after 40 medical workers were infected.  26 died.
