In Brazil, a video of ​what many say is blatant police brutality has led to renewed questions about violence and racial bias in Brazil. 

It bears a striking resemblance to the infamous video capturing the moments before ​American George Floyd died in the hands of police in the U.S.  

Some say police violence in Brazil is an old problem that has been getting worse.
