U.S. President Donald Trump is taking matters into his own hands.

That’s after two weeks of talks in Congress for a new stimulus package ended in a deadlock.

Bypassing lawmakers, he signed executive orders to provide COVID-19 relief.

Trump's moves came eight days after critical aid to tens of millions of Americans lapsed. 

But Democratic Party lawmakers have called his actions questionable.
